Significant life changes, whether positive or negative, can be stressful. Relationship struggles, the arrival of a new baby, or exposure to a traumatic event, can challenge our sense of ourselves. Caring for ourselves at these times can reduce feelings of isolation and restore a sense of hope.
I work with individuals and couples, and I also facilitate supportive groups.
